The Arch residency was a fantastic temporal building in the middle of an abandon coal mine in Genk Belgium. The aim of this space was to build an Arch, like a medieval one, but using recycling plastic. As buildings were produced in the medieval age, different "guilds" were invited to collaborate in the way they could build it and in the developing of tools, artifacts, materials and technicals. I was living in the arch for a few weeks collaborating with Polimeer Amsterdam and Constructlab in the developing of the bricks, facade and the structure. As result, we made moulds for melt plastic, tested different ways to assemble plastic bricks and run workshops to experiment and make things with the neighbours.
